3 Eventually, we have a chat about the challenges and future of RunRun.it with one of our partner-founders.

Have you been through those endless processes in a system where you are stuck in the same step for weeks? Here, we eliminate all the hassle and guarantee that our team will look at your profile with care and respect.

Usually, our process starts with a first quick qualification interview with the Talent Acquisition team. Then, we move on to an interview with the leadership of the area, and eventually we have a chat about the challenges and future of Runrun.it with one of our founding partners.

We always try to give feedback to those who participate in our processes, but if you would like more information, feel free to send us a message! Regardless of the outcome, we want you to have a cool and meaningful experience with us.

And for Devs?

Devs are essential to our business and product. The Devs at Runrun.it also work completely remotely (forever!) from wherever they want. You can even code from the beach or the countryside. We value your delivery too much and that's why we have an aggressive growth and development plan.

We hold regularly team tech talks with a broad range of information, and we also share a lot of knowledge. We know how important it is to stay on top of things for the adoption of the best practices, and that's why we believe these meetings are an amazing tool for our DevRunners.
